Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India. FTII was established in 1960 at the erstwhile Prabhat studio premises at Pune. There is 100% placement in this institute. The institute has produced several distinguished alumni such as Subhash Ghai, Jaya Bahaduri, Shatrughan Sinha etc.

The entrance exam is held at the following centers:
Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna, Pune, and Thiruvananthapuram.

The Entrance Examination for all the courses in FTII is scheduled to be held on 01/08/2010 (Sunday).

If you are completed your graduation and if you have passed in 12th exams with physics then you are eligible for get admission in FTII. So, sorry you can not apply for this exams in this year because the last date of apply this exams as over. You can apply for this exams till 25th june 2010.

• Bachelor's degree with Physics as a subject at Sr Sec(10+2)level.

Art Direction and Production Design

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Painting/ Applied Art/ Sculpture/ Interior Design or related fields in Fine Arts or Equivalent Diploma
