U can search online for previous year question papers with solution or for any other GATE study materials in websites like GATE forum,GATEmentor etc. For your notice, this year they changed the type and pattern of question paper.So refer GATE2010 website. They also included and discontinued some papers.

GATE Sample Papers are also available on Internet. Search 'GATE sample papers for CS' in Google, there are many results available for the same. Or you can go to the website of OneStopGate. They provide good material for GATE preparation and also sample papers for all engg stream.

there is a book available in market of G.K publication in which 5 years sample paper with solution is given,
