my question is that if i want to join ISRO and later NASA from passing 10th std , what are the subjects and percentage required for qualification

Dear Friend,
You have to complete your Bachelors degree from recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology

So make sure that you complete your degree with any one subject must be present

No. of permissible attempts :
4 attempts for General
7 attempts for OBC
and no limit for SC/ST

It has three stages
Preliminary Exam
Main Exam
Interview

For becoming a space Scientist you will have to complete your Bachelor Engineering in space Technology or its equivalent courses.To do this course you will first have to complete your Intermediate Education and after you will able to do this course.For doing this course you will have to apply for Engineering entrance exam such as IIT-JEE/ISAT etc.This course is easy available in ISAT(Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology).

Eligibility criteria for Appearing in ISAT Entrance exam

Educational qualification :-

• Your minimum educational qualification should be Inter pass out with science stream from recognized board/university.
• Your subjects in science stream should be Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.

Marks required :-

• General and OBC category candidates - 70% in Inter.
• SC/ST category candidates - 60% in Inter.
• Physically Handicapped Persons - 60% in Inter.

Age Required :-

• For General/OBC category - Your date of Birth should be in the year 1988.
• For SC/ST/PH Category - Your date of Birth should be in the year 1986.

Marks required in IIT-JEE Mains :-

• General category - At least 20%.
• OBC category - At least 18%.
• SC/ST/PH category - At least 10%.

ISRO Admission 2013: Indian Institute of Space Science & Technology (IIST) is Asia's first Space Institute and first in the world to offer the complete range of undergraduate, post graduate, doctoral programmes with specific focus to space science, technology and applications.

IIST has issued the notification of admission to Undergraduate programmes (B.Tech) for the year 2013 is based on the All India Rank List which is to be prepared and published for the year 2013 by Central Board of Secondary Education. The rank list is based on 40% of normalised score in Class 12th and 60% of score in the Joint Entrance exam JEE 2013.

After 12th B.Tech: IIST offers B.Tech Programmes in three streams:
· B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering
· B.Tech in Avionics.
· B.Tech in Physical Science
