please issue guidlines for admission in one college to another college under kkr university.Whereas, I wants to get admission from Sah Satnam Singh ji PG girl college, Sirsa to FC College, Hisar in B.Com. final year.

Normally, it is not possible to get transfer from one college to another in the middle of a degree course. Hence, you might not be able to take transfer from Sah Satnam Singh Ji PG girl college, Sirsa to FC College, Hisar in B. Com final year. If you want to pursue the course in FC College, Hissar then you have to start from the first year.

Under certain circumstances the Registrar of the university might allow you, if the university for both the college is same and if they have any seat.

Speak to the university department for further clarification.
