It won't be any problem for you even if you have scars during the medical. Just these scars don't create any major problem on other body parts. However, if the doctor appointed made this as an objection in your detail medical examination you can consult a skin specialist for its betterment in the time given for the re-medical examination. You will get around one month for that.
