I Think There is no IT Jobs in Defence service
Defence service is entire Different from IT Services
So as B.Sc candidate you can join in Defence sector
So if you want join in Defence sector After B.Sc should have to Appear the entrance Examination of CDS Exam
CDS-Combined Defence Service.This Examination is conducting by Union Public Service Commission two times in a every Year and Age should be between 19-25 Years
The CDS Exam Includes three Subjects
General knowledge
General English
Elementary maths

However, You have an option of doing MCA, MBA ,MSC in Information Technology.Any one of these will help you in getting into defence jobs

If you have graduated, then you could opt for masters course in good institution.
So, you should try to get admission in one of the better colleges/universities such as: DU, Lovely Professional University (LPU), PU, St. Xavier's College (Mumbai); which offer various courses and have good infrastructure and provide quality education as well. Also, among them, I have read a lot about LPU which provides scholarships to students (based on good percentage in qualifying exam).
