i have complited my B.A.M.S . i have given entrance for post graduation diploma in hospital administration & for pharma managment from mumbai university(garware). i m confused. please tell me which is best to give me job, future.

Hospital administrators play wide role depending on the hospital they work.Hospital administrators have to ensure that the hospitals are operating efficiently.They have to manage different departments in the hospital,train interns ,doctors and nurses
maintain policies and procedures etc.. . Bachelor of Hospital Administration (BHA), Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration (PGDHA) after graduation in any subject, Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA (Hospital Administration) after graduation in any field, as well as M Phil (Hospital Administration) after MHA are the different courses in hospital administration.Pharmacy management also offers a wide scope in MNCs like Ranbaxy, Cipla.They can opt for medical transcriptionist,quality manager,lecturer,health manager etc..

I hope that both diploma is better but, from my point of viwe you go for hospital administration and also you can go for clinical research this is best and brigth filed in present & future.

You didn't mentioned that are both the courses are diploma only. If latter is not a diploma than you should do it. while taking any decision you should remember that after doing diploma in hospital management you have to deal with the type of environment whereas by doing pharma management you will join the industry of medicine./ So make decision according to your likings.
Both the field have their own scope and chances of equal growth.

sir,pls tell me which one is better for me,which one has more demand in the market.

You can go for any one of them both of them are similar only difference among them is that in case of pharma management you have to deal with different medicines whereas in case of hospital management you have to remain in the atmosphere of a hospital only.
doing MBA in hospital management you can deal with different hospitals and provide your services.
In case of pharma you have to just attach with 1 or 2 companies and give your service as their employees.
You should take decision according to your field of interest.

i think that you should go for pharma management as it has got very good demands in the market these days.
After doing pharma management you can join in govt pharmaceutical sectors also in non-govt sectors, in managerial profiles.
There are many good institutes offering pharmaceutical management course.

So don't get confused go for it...

I am a B.pharm graduate,and I am pursuing my masters in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
I want to a pursue a P.H.D in Pharmaceutical Administration or Pharmaceutical policies and outcomes or health policies from usa.
If at all,I want to return back to India,Will I get any job?If yes,what would be my income.

both jobs are good but i think you should go for hospital administration if you think that you have some administrative qualities. this job is full of money but you have to manage the hospitals.
