Hello sir i have passwed 12 class in 2013 by cbse,now i want to give 12 by mpboard as private examination because of that i have to submit my transfer certificate and after 12 th private no tc issue to me. Then please tell me i get admission in any engineering collage without TC.

I appeared in 11th from CBSE but some how I failed to clear 11th. Now can I take admission in 12th as a private or regular student?
