Generally, application form is made available on the ISRO website.
Eligible candidates can download the application form from the website and send
the filled in application form to concerned office/dept. of ISRO, mentioned in the
advertisement published for the job.
The examination fees for different recruitment exam is different.
The details mode of payment DD/Bank Challan/Online payment etc. shall be made
available in the advertisement.

Yes, B-TECH student are eligible for ISRO exam.

Those candidate have completed B-TECH degree or final year student are eligible for ISRO exam.

but your graduation marks must be above 65% .

The age criteria is given below-

For general candidate - 35 years
For OBC candidate - 38 years
For SC/ST candidate -40 years.

Exam Patterns are-

Total No. of question:80
Total time:90 mins
Marking system:+3 for corerct answer, -1 for wrong answer.

every year ISRO publishes in leading newspapers and posts on it web site (www.isro.gov.in ) for recruitment

as you have mentioned the about your qualification, its difficult to tell you know about eligibility, ISRO recruits for various posts which have different eligibility criteria
here is the eligibility criteria for a engineering graduate
eligibility criteria for the ISRO


education------ BE/B.Tech or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters for which results are available).
age------------maximum 35 years for general(40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates)

after you clear the entrance exam you will be called for interview,
and after clearing interview, candidates will be recruited on merit base

As you haven't mentioned your educational qualification its hard to tell you the eligibility, because ISRO recruits candidates for various jobs, which have different eligibility criteria

ISRO does hiring for below posts after BE/BTECH
Scientists/Engineers-Civil
Scientists/Engineers-Electrical
Scientists/Engineers-Refrigeration

Eligibilty to apply is:
BE/BTECH in relevant stream of engineering with minimum aggregate of 65% marks


Age- Maximum age to apply for the General Candidates is 35 years
