Yes, B.Tech graduates are greatly recruited by MNC via on campus/off campus selections. These companies often specify certain eligibility requirements for selection. In case of TCS, candidates with consistent score of 60% marks and zero backlogs can apply. For Infosys, the cut off percentage required is 65% and that for IBM is 70%. You can apply with those companies that match with your qualifications. Applications can be forwarded through company portal or through the website of on campus/off campus exam conducting authorities.
