I want to apply for net exam 2013 but i dont know what is the name of exam center of m s uni, baroda

Applications for NET can be submitted through the web portal of UGC. List of exam centers are usually listed in exam prospectus for NET. Candidate can select any one center according to their convenience. This must be mentioned at the time of application submission. Change in exam center is not entertained afterwards.
