To join CID you need to appear for CGPE exam i.e. Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC (Staff selection commission)board every year.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduation in any discipline AGE LIMIT : 20 - 27 years Upper age relaxation will applicable SC/ST candidates for 5 years and OBC candidates for 3 . |

I am sorry to inform you that you are not eligible for C.B.I after passing 12th with any stream. If you want to join C.B.I you have to pass graduation with any stream. After passing graduation with any stream you have to qualify the exam conducted by Staff Selection Commission(S.S.C). Eligibility for S.S.C EXAM:- >> Pass graduation with any stream from recognized University. >> Age limit is 21-30 year. For ST/SC candidate 21-35 year. > Only Indian Can apply in this exam. After passing in 10+2 you are able to apply for constable
but you are interested in CID so you need to complete your graduation. Then write IPS entrance exam. the you may get job in CID. |

Dear Friend, Sorry , you are not eligible for CID Exam after completing 10th or 12th std because minimum Educational Qualifications is bachelor degree .... If you are wishing to become eligible for this exam then you have to first of all you have to get admission in any bachelor course. so , after completing bachelor degree you can apply for this exam... CID stands for Criminal Investigation Department This exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission..... Eligibility and criteria :- A candidate Should have completed their Graduation in Any Stream from Recognize Universities are eligible for this exam... Final years students also eligible for this exam..... A candidate must be an indian..... Age Limit :- Age limits are 20 years to 27 years.. 3 years upper age relaxation for OBC candidates.. 5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidates... SORRY you have Not Eligible for CID officer exam CID stands for Criminal Investigation Department The Criminal Investigation Department is a crime detection agency under the Government of India. For Applying CID you have Crack the Entrance exam of Civil Service Exam. This exams conducted by Staff Selection Commission Age Limit Minimum 20 and Maximum 27 Age Relaxation 5 years for SC/ST categories. 3 years for OBC categories. Education Qualification A candidate Should have completed their Graduation in Any Stream with at least 55% from Recognize Universities. DEAR FRIEND
CID stands for Criminal Investigation Department.It's main aim is to investigate Criminal cases, as you may have seen in the television show CID For getting into CID, you have to crack the Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year. Now, there are mainly two posts in CID you can apply for :- Constable Post :- You should complete your +2 and should not have age more than 25 years. Officer Post :- You should complete your Graduation from any recognised board or University and minimum age is 21 years and maximum age limit is 30 years. Relaxation given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government norms. No such cut off percentage is required. Selection Procedure:- You have to appear for a Qualifying exam as mentioned above, followed by a Physical test and Interview.
