Re: How to become IAS Officer after completion of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery?
Dear,
Diploma is not enough for civil services examination. I advice you to check the eligibility criteria for civil services examination. •-> Eligibility for civil services examination is written below - Educational Qualification : Graduation degree from any recognized university. - Age Limit : 21 to 30 years (5 year age relaxation to SC/ST and PH & 3 year age relaxation to OBC Candidates) •-> Pattern of Examination - Written Test • Preliminary • Mains - Interview As you are a diploma holder, you are not eligible for the civil services examination. I advice you to first complete your graduation to fulfill eligibility criteria and then think about civil services examination. GOOD LUCK With Regards, ~Manvendra~ |

A diploma holder is not considered eligible for civil service exam. There is no restriction regarding the stream but you need to hod a bachelors degree to write the exam. Once you earn a degree, in any stream and be within the age limit of 21-30 years, you may write civil service examination. The examination is divided into three stages: Civil service aptitude test, also known as preliminary exam Main exam Interview You will have to qualify all the three stages with highest marks to get selected for Indian Administrative Service. |
