After engineering, you can apply for IAS posts. For this, it is necessary to attend UPSC Civil Services exam. Try to get more information on this exam from UPSC site. Lower age limit for the same is 21 years. Higher age limit is 30 years. In order to get selected for this post, a preliminary exam and a main exam need to be attended. On passing written tests personal interview should also be cleared.
