I wanted to know in detail about the military exams to be an officer category after finishing my board exams...?

After class 12th there is only one exam to get into Indian Army,that is-

1.NDA(National Defense Academy)

Qualifications required:- 10+2 with Physics and Maths as a main subject.

Age limit-16 and 1/2 to 19 years

It is held twice a year - In the month of March and October.

But if complete your Bachelor degree first , then there are Three types of exam-

1.CDSE

2.SSC

3.Special entry if you have NCC 'C' division certificate.

One of the way to join Indian Army or military service are

1. NDA
2. CDS
3. Commandent
4. NSG, etc

You could go for NDA exam for being a military officer after 12th exam and further you could for cds ,ssc, nsg with graduate degree.

how the training will be for lady officers

i am a student of commerce with math.which trade is correct for me..

After 12th standared,you will eligible for NDA.Through NDA you can apply for Military officer.
through NSG,CDS exam,you can apply but for these you should have graduate degree.

Board exams do you mean to 12th class then yes you can join Indian army..

How to Apply

Apply in response to advertisement in March/April & Oct./Nov.

Age at the time of joining must be 161/2-19 years

Commencement of Course each year start from January and July...

If u have cleared your 10+2 exam then u can apply for National Defence Academy(N.D.A).Or else u can apply for I.M.A once u complete your graduation.NDA exams are held either in the month of March or October.so if u want to join NDA then u can write the exam.so good luck.
