No, you can not get admission in IIT after diploma engineering.

Eligibility for JEE exam:
●Student must passed the 12+2 exam.

●Candidate must be born after 1990

● The number of attempts a candidate can
appear for JEE (Main) shall be limited to 03.

●Candidate should have minimum 50% in each subject.

So, diploma is not equivalent to 12+2. You will not eligible for JEE, so you can not get admission in IIT.

I advice you to take admission in best college except IIT.
