How can a girl join navy after twelth /details about entrance/courses

girl can not join nda exam after 12th.

therefore girl are not eligible for Indian navy
NDA stands for national eligibility test........it offers 3 types of exams they are

**INDIAN ARMY

**INDIAN NAVY

**AIR FORCE

ELIGIBILITY:

**Candidate must be complete 12th standard with MPC

**Must gain 60% in MPC

**Age in between 16.5 to 19

**Unmarried candidates are eligible for this exam

**Height must be 175cm

Dear friend to join Navy after passing 12th class through NDA exam, but Girls are not eligible to apply NDA exam.

So, friend Girls are not apply to NDA exam to join Navy after passing 12th class.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time in a year for three wings.

- Army wings

- Navy wings

- Air force Wings

Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

For Navy wings:-

Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination .

Age limit:-

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.

1.Girls are not eligible to apply for this National Defense Academy exam.because girls are not fit as compared to boys at the age of 16.5 to 19 years. Training in NDA is also very tough and girls are not fit for NDA Training, so this is the main reason that girls are not eligible for NDA.

2.Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this exam.

NOTE:

1.There are lots of entries for girls after completing graduation. so please complete your graduation and then you are eligible to apply for CDS examination.

2.There are also women entry scheme for girls to join defence and those who are interested to join Indian Air Force may apply for Air Force commission admission test.

3.Your age should between 19 to 25 years to apply for CDS examination.

4.Girls can only choose Officer's training academy only as the preference at the time of filling online application form.

Nda means national defence acdemy...this exam is conducted by union public service commision twice every year .....

The age limit for nda is16-19 yrs.....

Girls can join Indian Navy only after completion of Graduation. As you are 12th class pass candidate so you are definitely not eligible to join Indian Navy at present because you are a female.

Thus you must take admission into a good Graduation course and study well then after completion you can apply for CDS examination. Also make sure that you have studied physics and maths subjects in your Graduation.

Age Limit for CDS Exam:

For Indian Naval Academy the age limit is 19 - 22 years. There isn't any kind of age relaxation in CDS exam so complete your Graduation before this age.

There are other academies also for which one can apply like Indian Air Force Academy , Indian Military Academy and Officers' Training Academy through this exam. So if you are interested in air force and army then you can join through this exam.

Mode of Selection:

The selection is on merit and one has to score some good marks in the written exam. If the score in written exam is good then will be called for SSB interview. SSB is of 5 days duration and it will have various tests like psychometric tests, group tasks and personal interview.

The marks in written and SSB are important for selection and you have to score top marks in them and also pass medical exam to get selected.

Sorry to say, but a girl cannot join Indian Navy after 12th, and there are not all the branches of Indian defence that are open for females through NDA or CDS.

After intermediate, Indian Navy can be joined by qualifying NDA exam.

NDA - National Defence Academy

NDA is conducted by UPSC twice a year.

There are certain criteria for this exam and the important one for you is that females cannot apply for NDA exam.

Now, you can apply only for OTA = Officers Training Academy through CDS exam.

CDS- Combined Defence Academy

Eligibility for OTA exam through CDS exam ~~

Nationality -

Indian.

Qualification -

Graduation from a recognised university.
It can be done in any discipline.

Age -

Minimum age - 19 years
Maximum age - 25 years.

You should be physically and mentally fit also.

It is good to see your interest in joining in Indian Navy which is a defence force of India but in the other case you are not eligible of joining in the force as you are ineligible for joining in it.

The Reason behind it is that you need to write the entrance exam for joining in the force and there are many entrance exams which are conducted in India for candidate to join in the force and there are criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for them.

The possible entrance exam to join in Indian Navy after 12th is the NDA Exam

And for this exam the Martial Status needed for the exam is that the candidate must be a Unmarried male candidate but as you are a Girl you are ineligible for applying.

So,it is better that you continue your studies and finish your degree to join in the force

The written test has 2 papers both of which will last for 150 minutes each:

Mathematics: Topics to be covered include Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics

General Ability: This paper includes English & GK. Questions from Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History & Freedom Movement, Geography and Current affairs will be asked in the GK section.
