Iam a girl.how to join navy after passing plus two? What are the job vacancies for girls? How much fee is needed?what is the possibility for getting a job in navy?

Sorry to let you know that being a girl you are not eligible for Indian Navy after completing your +2 as at this stage only male child are eligible for NDA exams by cracking one manages to join Indian Navy.

But you have the option of same once you complete your graduation after which you will have to crack Combined Defense Services ( CDS ) examination for joining Indian Navy. For this examination and for Indian Navy wing you will need to have following qualifications :-

* You must have the nationality of India.

* Your age must be within 19 years to 21 years.

* You must have completed your graduation with any one of physics/ chemistry/ engineering courses from a recognized university.

* You must be physically and mentally fit as per the service requirement.

The CDS examination is held by Union Public Service Commission twice every year and are commonly known as CDS I & CDS II. Also the examination is held in two stages which are Written examination and Service Selection Board interview respectively.
