A 2010 BCA Candidate can apply for any Government Jobs.If So can u tell what is the procedure for Applying for the same

There are various jobs in central government that require candidate to only have completed graduation. Among those perhaps the best option for you is banking jobs. As you may know that there are several Public Sector Banks in the country.

Public Sector banks are also known as government banks or nationalised banks. A job in these banks is similar to government job. You can apply for the job by appearing for the entrance exams that are conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services.

IBPS conducts two entrance exam. The names are IBPS Clerk and IBPS Bank PO. Although you are eligible for both, but my recommendation would be to apply for the IBPS Bank PO entrance exams.

There are total of 19 Public Sector banks that participates in these two exams. Which means that after clearing the tests, you can apply for job in any of these banks depending on the vacancies.


IBPS Clerk Eligibility

1. You should be a citizen of India.

2. Bachelor degree in any stream is required.

3. A diploma/degree in computers is also required. In your case, BCA would be enough.

4. The age limit is 20 to 28 years for Clerk exam.

5. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC.

6. The relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years.

7. The relaxation for Person with Disability is 10 years.


IBPS Bank PO

1. Just like Clerk exam, you should be citizen of India.

2. Any graduation degree from a recognized university.

3. There is no percentage criteria.

4. Your age should be 20 to 30 years.

5. The age limit is relaxed for OBC by 3 years.

6. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST.

7. Person with Disability gets 10 years relaxation in upper age limit.

i have done BCA in 2008 and now my age is 32 yrs. Can i get a good job at this age, for what kind of job i can apply?

I have pass bca with 80%mark but i don't know any thing ?if i have to face any problem in the job
