I have appeared in my 12th this year i.e. 2013...my results are still not out.....how can I apply for indian army after my results?? when will the entrance exam be held this year??

There are various options for entry in the Indian Army. To start with the NDA entry, Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 23 years of age. After or during the +2 tenure, interested candidates need to write NDA Exam for the Army wing of National Defense Academy.
There is university level entry, technical entry level scheme, CDS entry. After cleraing the CDS written test and SSB interview, you will join Indian Military Academy or Officers Training Academy. There are medical and physical standards to be met for joining the Indian Army. Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English. During the time of admission, he should be not be over 23 years of age.
