plz tell me sr for aply for indian cdc after completion of ame course?

After AMIE course and satisfying basic requirement, you can apply for CDC. CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate) is like an identification for seafarers. One must have CDC to join in any rank in merchant navy.

Eligibility

For Deck, Engine and Catering Trainee
- 10th Pass
- Age : 18 to 25 years.

For Utility Hands
- 8th Pass
- Age : 18 to 40 years.

For Pretty Officers
- 10th Pass with ITI from respective trade.
- Age : 18 to 40 years.

For Purser/Ship's Clerk
- Graduation with knowledge of computer operation and accountancy.
- Age : 18 to 40 years.

For Electrical and Electronic Officer
- Diploma or Degree in respective branch from a recognized university.
- Age : 18 to 40 years.

CDC Application Process
- Visit the official website : www.dgshipping.gov.in
- Click on "E-Governance" in menu.
- Click on "New User" in left side panel.
- In new window, Select registration category.
- Enter INDOS number and DOB.
- Go to Login page. Enter Login and Password. Use INDOS number as login.
- Click on "Seafarer Management".
- New window will open and click on "CDC Application".
- Read instructions carefully. Fill application form correctly and submit it.
- Make payment of application fee.
- Upload scanned photograph and signature.
- Print the application for your reference.
- You can also check the status of your application.

- Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
- Elementary First Aid (EFA)
- Personal Safety and Social Responsibilies
- Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention
- STCW Proficiency Seafarers with Designated Security Duties

Required Documents for Indian CDC
- All above 5 STCW Courses
- INDOS Number issued by institute from where STCW courses pursued.
- Medical Certificate issued by DG shipping approved doctor.
- Educational Qualification 10th pass
- Age : At least 18 years.
