Re: How can I become a Collector? What is the qualification criteria required?
No, with 12th qualification you are not eligible for recruitment as collector. Candidates have to appear and qualify in Civil Services examination conducted by UPSC every year for final recruitment.
The eligibility to appear for examination is :- Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. Candidate's age must be between 21-32 years with relaxation in age for reserved category. For more information about entrance examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |
