Sir I am a banker but I am intrested in doing law.Now please suggest me how I can do LLB while in service & then also practice in the court of law after retirement.

In order to practice in a court of law as an Advocate, candidate most hold a degree in Law [LLB] approved by the Bar Council of India. There are two modes to pursue the LLB program. Candidate can opt for the Integrated LLB which can be pursued after the +2 level [ Duration 5 years] or LLB [Duration 3 years] which can be pursued after the completion of the bachelors degree program. The LLB is a full time programs and hence, one has to attend regular classes.

As you have mentioned in your query that you are employed as a banker and you want to pursue LLB along with the job, then it is not possible. For detail information you can contact your nearest University or Law School or you can refer to its official website.

I am a govt teacher. I want to do LLB. Can I do LLB regularly with in service.? Plz reply
