How can I do MBBS in West Bengal?


Dear Sir,
Presently I am staying and studying in KV at Dehradun since 2002 due to my father's transfer at D Dun. Before that I was studying in KV Fort willium, Kolkata. My birth place and home town is at Howrah. My father has his own house at Howrah. Parents are from Howrah since birth. Can I avail WB state quota for MBBS admission ? Pl. reply.
