I passed diploma in C.S.E and i admission b.tech 1st year M.E.

Yes, definitely you can take admission in the B.Tech course after diploma course. B.Tech is four year course & it is three year for diploma holder candidates.

As you passed Diploma in Computer Science then you can take admission in B.Tech in the same branch through the lateral entry examination. After diploma you can take admission in directly second year of B.Tech course. There are many private/government college conducts lateral entry examination for the diploma passed candidates.
