The Birla Institute of Technology offers M.Tech through integrated program and to pursue the course, you will have to qualify an entrance test know as BITSAT.
To take the test, you must have qualified +2 level of exam with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with an aggregate of 75 % marks as well as 60% in each of the subjects-Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

BITS Pilani offers M. Sc. (Tech) and ME.

I presume that your question is about the ME course. You should have scored at least 60% in your qualifying exam before considering your case for ME. Please await their advertisement.

Applications will normally close in May. Online tests would be in June. Admissions will be announced immediately thereafter. The syllabus, etc. (of last year) are available in the following webpage:

You can get M.Tech seat in BITS pilani through the GATE exam .you may get more cutoff for gate score

Candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board with Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics at least 75% of marks to get admission in B.I.T.S.

Only the students appearing 12th in this year and those who have passed their 12th standard, only those candidates are eligible for 2012 B.I.T.S. admission test.

Besides this the candidate must have some eligibility i.e. a adequate means fluent in spoken English.
