An educational Institute, a dream to every Indian student who wants to become an engineer today, the name is BITS, Pilani. In the early 1900’s it started as a small school. Then it turned to a set of colleges teaching humanities, different branches of science and Engineering. Ultimately all these colleges united together in the year 1964 and formed a world class educational institution known as BITS, Pilani. BITS, Pilani is accredited to NAAC with A grade. Students of BITS are found all over the world today excelling in their fields of Science, Arts & Commerce. Today it is a deemed university. The institution is located in the Vidya Vihar campus in proximity to Pilani, a town in Rajasthan.

The steams in the college includes engineering in several disciplines, integrated MSc’s  in different steams, Masters in different engineering sectors  & also Master in Business Administration.                                      

The teaching method adopted in BITS is very scientific and modern, which helps the students vigorously in coping up with the changing world. The institute provides all the facilities to a student for becoming ready to face everyday challenges. Trainings, Seminars & workshops occupy daily routines of the students to make their course interesting.

The university has an extra ordinary placement record. Most of the students from Pilani campus have job in their hands before completing graduation. Campus recruitment takes place twice a year at BITS. About 130 reputed companies including INTEL, HP, INDIAN NAVY, BHEL, BAJAJ & others come to BITS campus for recruitment.
