sir, i am a student of VTU-belgaum of 5th semester(B.E.-E&C). Can i get scholorship.

You can get scholarship for many categories
1) for Backward classes like SC/ST
2) for other backward classes
3) for your academic performances like good rank in the VTU university.
4) You can also get scholarship by applying online scholarship programs.

For category 1 and 2
In the college itself they will send a circular to all,then you can apply for those.
For category 3
you should score good in the 3rd and 4th year.
For category 4
You have to browse in the internet,or read in the news papers apply for those scholarships.
