Since you have not mentioned your qualification its not possible to give the exact date. If you have completed 12th standard then you can try through the NDA scheme. If you have completed graduation then you can try through UPSC exam. If you are female then you have the option to try only through the OTA scheme. You can visit the UPSC site to know the details.
