CDAC stands for Centre for Development of Advanced Computing. It conducts various courses at diploma as well as at certification level. The eligibility criteria for this exam is that minimum of bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer application or computer science engineering.

There are various courses offered by CDAC. Yes, you can apply for Diploma in IT project management being a engineering candidate in information technology. There is negative marking in entrance exams.
