Yes you can Join in Indian Army wing through CDS Entrance examination. Students with Bachelor degree course are eligible to apply for CDS Entrance examination. CDS stands for Combined Defence Service and this Entrance examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every year.

To apply for Indian Army through CDS Entrance Examination then the applicant should satisfy the below criteria,

-Student should be Citizen of India
-Student should be complete Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university and Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination
-Student should be Unmarried Male candidate
-Student age should be 19 years to 24 years
-Student should be Physically Fit according to the Physical Standards
