How can I join Indian Navy under sports quota?


How can i join indian navy under sports qota ?? i have done my 12 and i was also participated in 43rd kvs national meet in swimmimg,my 50 metr fre style timining is 34 sec without practice.now the question still remain AM I ELIGIBLE under sports qota in indian navy/airforce

For joining sports quota how much marks we need?? And subject we should we take science or commerce???
