Re: Non Technical Higher Studies Options after B.E./B.Tech.?
hello friend,
There are various type of non technical fields you can go for higher studies after doing BE. You can do Masters or as well as diploma courses on business studies or management studies like MBA in business management, PG diploma on mass communication, PG diploma in Policy Studies, in Public Management. This can give you chances to join in a managerial job. Industrial management also these days is on demand. You can do a post graduate diploma degree on it. All the best! |

Dear friend, If you do not want to continue in your technical field after BE then I can suggest best place which suits for you i.e., MBA. It will be the best I can assure you. If you want to do MBA then do it form a reputed institutes like IIMs/ISB etc., Entry in to these institutes will be based on a competitive exam like CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ etc.,. Entry in to ISB should have an additional qualification that is work experience for a minimum of 2 years which is not required for IIMs. I suggest you a good plan if you are at the end of your B.E. then find a job in any campus placement then start preparing for CAT because if you do this kind of practice then it will be benefit for you in 2 ways 1. You can gain job experience 2. You will be get prepared for your CAT exam. If you did not find any job then don’t worry it will be much better because you didn’t have any disturbance for your CAT preparation. In this way you can plan. Please ask queries if you have any. Good luck. |

Re: Non Technical Higher Studies Options after B.E./B.Tech.?
Hi
Generally student go for following three option after b.tech when it comes to higher studies. - M.S - MBA - MTech Since you dont want to go for technical higher studies you are left with only MBA as option for getting into MBA, you need to appear for CAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ZAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, TISS, ATMA etc and score very high percentile. getting high percentile would make you eligible for GD and PI perform well in GD and PI and you may get selected All the best |

Re: Non Technical Higher Studies Options after B.E./B.Tech.?
If you are not interested in the technical side of the business then that leaves you with only the other part to opt for which is the commercial side.
To get to the commercial side of the business you must do an MBA. For this you will have to give different entrance exams after the completion of your graduation. The exams you can give for admission in India itself is CAT and for admission abroad you must give the GMAT. |
