How can I join in WLC college after completing 12th exam from NIOS


sir i have completed my 12th exams from NIOS and now i have join in WLC college UG design can i go for australia with NIOS certificate.please sir i need your help.

Dear sir, may i know that i am completed in hs for arts stream can i get the admission in dmlt course and i am obc background student and my hs percentage in 39 %.
