Yes you are eligible for taking admission in the Biotechnology course after pursuing your 12th with PCM group.

Biotechnology is a branch of engineering and it is the course of four year at graduation level for which the minimum educational qualification required is a higher secondary degree course with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized board of education.

Also for pursuing the same course from top government colleges you will have to clear JEE ( Joint Entrance Examination ) and for different private colleges you must clear their respective entrance examination for which the details can be obtained from their respective official link.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
