i studied bca at future eng colledge ..wbut board..i search a job at ibm..how could get job in ibm..

ii)you must have a very good technical knowledge
iii)you must have a very good communication skills
iv)you must be clever enough to bring the situations into your hands.
v)you should be perfect in all aspects.
