How to do B.Tech/B.E distance course after doing diploma in electrical engineering and while working in private sector?

ihave completed M Sc. in Horitcuture and i want to have the dregree course in water harvesting /managment . how n from wher i should get enrol for that?

How can a do B tech in mechanical engineering from JNTU kakinada as I have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering and experience of 17 years, I need how to apply for correspondence course to JNTU kakinada for b tech
