No your ineligible for B.Tech course after completing B.Com course. You Science stream candidates are eligible for B.Tech course.
So, being a Commerce stream graduation you're not eligible for B.Tech course.

B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology. The duration of the course is for four years with practical training. The course divided into four semester. There are so many specialization are available for B.tech course . You can choose any specialization in which your aspiring.

If your interested to apply for B.tech course then you should complete 12th standard in science stream with Physics / Chemistry and Mathematics as a Main Subject in 12th standard . If your score good percentage of marks in Physics and Mathematics subject then you get admission based on the Merit list . To get admission for B.tech course , you should score minimum 60% percentage of marks . The Admission for B.tech course is based on the Entrance Examination scores and 12th Examination scores . So, you have to qualified in Entrance Examination like, BITSAT/TANCET/JEE etc.. There are so many colleges in India accept this Entrance Examination score card.
