i hv completd my 12th wid 67%....further m willing to do c.s along wid b.com.... so is it ok if i do both at a time?

CS stands for Company Secretary course. There are many candidates who do company secretary course as well as bachelor of Commerce simultaneously and there is no problem in that. You can enroll yourself for Company Secretary as well as Bachelor of Commerce course.

Company secretary course has three stages foundation, executive and professional programme. After senior secondary course, candidates are eligible for foundation course. It would be better if you apply for executive course after bachelor's degree as graduates are directly eligible for executive course. However, final decision depends you. You can also enrol in foundation course and do bachelor's degree in commerce.
