CS stands for Company Secretary course and in the present scenario, there is a huge demand for a qualified Company Secretary. Usually the first stage of the course is Foundation Program but since you have completed your graduation, you will get complete exemption from this stage and could directly enroll for Executive Program. As soon as you complete the Executive Program, you will have to enroll for the Professional Program and along with it, you will also have to start the prescribed management training. The duration of the Management Training is 15 months.

Now, in order to get admission, you simply need to contact the regional office/branch of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, obtain the registration form fill it up and submit it along with the prescribed fee. To be considered eligible, you will not need to qualify any entrance examination.

Eligibility:
Must have qualified +2 level of examination from a recognized board. Graduates are exempted from the first stage of the program and they could directly enroll for the second stage.
The Duration of each stage of the Company Secretary Course is as follows:
Foundation Program: 8 months
Executive Program: 10 months
Management Training: 15 months
Candidates who have qualified all the stages are allowed to write the Professional Examination. The Professional Examination can not be taken before 10 months from the date of registration. Candidates may undergo Management Training either before or after completion of the Professional Program.
