I get 52% in 12 cbse board and i want to do graduation privately from delhi univercity with CA is this possible

University of Delhi, School of Open Learning (SOL), provide undergraduate programmes through distance learning mode. University provides all the major degree programmes including B.Com(Programme) and B.Com (Honours).

To be eligible to get admission, candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board of education with minimum 40% marks and 55% for B.Com (H).

To be eligible for First level of CA i.e CPT, candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognised board of education with any of the stream except fine arts and there is no minimum percentage criteria.

Both undergraduate programme either from open learning or regular college and CA course can be simultaneously pursued by candidates. Therefore you will also be eligible.
