with due respect i want to know whether it is good to go for higher studies after graduation or just move by doing job for some few years....because generally we have make the concept that after post graduation your pay scale will be high but do u think this is good by taking loan through bank or doing job after graduation???

It completely depends upon the individual, weather they want to continue their education after the graduation or going for jobs. Sometimes its the circumstance which forces the individual to opt for professional career in spite of the willingness to pursue higher studies. There are two motive to pursue higher studies, one is to make an opportunity for better remunerations and position, and the other is persisting in mastering, in the field of education for self satisfaction.
However, job experience do not get lesser recognition then the degrees. As far as remuneration and position is concerned, there is always a scope given one puts up all the hard work and dedication.
As far as pursuing higher studies with financial aid is concerned, there has to be a vision related to it. If an individual has the ability and confidence that by pursuing higher studies with monetary help, success will fall into place any how, then one can go for it.
