i am an engineering graduate passed in the year 2008. further i would like to do MS (master in science). i want to know how can i proceed, is there any entrance exam also which is the best university in India to do MS..

Hello , here are some of the IIT's which are best option for doing MS ,as listed:
IIT bombay ,IIT madras, since you are an engineering student so these are the best options for you and admissions are conducted on the behalf of entrance exam.Many other universities like university of madras and mumbai are also good.
