How to get admission for B.Tech course in a Government College ater completion of 3 year Diploma in Information Technology?


i have completed 3 yrs diploma in information technology after +2 .how can i take admission in b.tech in govt. college? my total marks 74%. is there any need to give test or not to take admission?please guide me
