how to get addmision in government engineering college in banglore? what are the fee structure of the college?

For admission to Government College in Bangalore you have to appear for the entrance test. The Karnataka government conducts CET for various seats in engineering colleges. The seats are allocated on the basis of merits. Once you clear the written test you can opt for Government College. The fee structure varies from college to college. You can visit the official website of the college to know about the fees details.

I can not speak english.I only speak hindi but not well.Can I able to admite in the govt colleges and carry on my studys?
