How to get a bank po job?


I am bsc computer science student passed with 67.22% i like to work in a bank how can t achive it?

Hi,

Nowadays getting selected for bank's job is getting toughter by competition.

Advertisement/Notification are published in all leading newspapers, and websites.

Eligibility for Probationary officer Post:
Should be a graduate with 60% marks
Should possess computer knowledge
Meet Age requirements specified by the Bank

You should actively prepare for writing exam

Generally most of the Bank's exam questions are based on:-

Reasoning ability
Logical Reasoning
Quantitative Aptitude(algebra,arithmetic)
English Vocabulary/Grammer

Buy lot of books, solved question papers, work out them regularly.

If possible, join some course/tutorial for writing bank exam.

The minimum qualification required for a Bank P.O. job is a graduation and as you already are a graduate you can apply for a Bank P.O. post as and when notifications are issued by the respective banks. You need to prepare really well for the aptitude test, since that is the first step to a P.O. career. That is followed by a Personal Interview. You can start practicing for the aptitude test on your own by referring to Bank P.O. books or there are lot of question papers available on the internet. You can also think of joining a coaching class for getting trained for the exams.

Hello friend,
There are more than 30 banks in India. Every bank has different standards of examination. But the eligibility for the PO job in most of the banks is A bachelors degree with 55% marks. the candidate must be setween 21-30 years of age with a proficiency in english lanuage and computer.
The selection is done on the basis of examination and interviews. The examination consists of reasoning ability, Quantitative aptitude, general awareness and english.
Bnks like ICICI, HDFC includes group discussion and profiling in the process of examination.
You must read various books available in the market for preparation of the same.

The maximum age limit for the bank P.O job is 21 years and the student should pass his +2 with minimum 60% marks,For it you have to give a entrance test conducted by every banks then if you are selected you will be called for the interview after that you are selected.

dear friend, for PO post in any bank the minimum criteria is minimum age 21 years, & graduation with marks at least 55%.
& other criteria is vary as per different banks.

you have to give an entrance exam conducted by different branches to get a Bank PO job.
different banks like
SBI
ICICI
HDFC
AXIS bank and many others
you have to score minimum 55% in your bachelors degree.

For getting a bank po job;
First you go through the syllabus,then for deep study of subject
go through the text book;after that go through the previous year
question paper for testing your preparation.

It seems you have bit problem with your grades, but it easy to overcome if you have the experience learned when your at school and your eagerness to learn. Have you tried to apply in bank? Learn from your experience and be professional. This is the experience l learned from Job list bank, well right now I have my full time work and a part time job.

Graduates from any stream can apply to a public sector bank as a PO. Every bank recruits its staff through a written test, group discussion and interview.

candidate must be graduate with 60% marks for GE and 55% for ST/SC ,OBC.

candidate must be computer knowledge

age limit below 30 year for GE and 35 year for ST/SC ,OBC candidate.

U can apply for both government and private sector banks.
all u need is to keep visiting different websites of banks.
Keep reading employment newspaper,
as there's is vacancy simply fill the forms available online on the official website of the respective banks.

You can apply for Probationary Officer and IT Assistant in banks. Nowadays there are lot of vacancies in banks and it comes out time to time when it comes just fill the applying form and get ready for written exam prepation and than you will be called for personal interview so update your communications skills time to time so that finaly you can get that job.

The minimum Eligibility criteria for Bank PO is you should have a graduate Degree from any stream with min of 60% and above from any recognized university.As you have fulfilled the eligibility criteria you can apply for any nationalized bank.
You have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by bank itself followed by interview.
the pattern of entrance exam is divided in to mainly four section namely:-
General Awareness section
Mathematical Ability
English
Computer Ability

if you have the time then join any preparatory classes they will guide you better and you can prepare well and balance all the section properly.

bank jobs are simple to get if you prepare well, in fact there are lots of

vacancies coming from banks all over,

You need to prepare well for quant and english section

further some general studies are required as well,

further some banks have computer section test as well

some diploma course will fulfill your needs.

then you need t apply fo all the banks you can.

practice a lot of mock papers,

eligibility is generally 60% minimum score throughout and

21 to 30 yrs of age, sometimes 25 yrs max ex for icici

After clearing / passing the Bank PO exam, you will get a bank po job.

Eligibility for Bank PO: -

1. Pass graduation in any subject or in any engineering stream or equivalent with minimum 60 % aggregate marks from a recognized Institute / University.

2. Nationality – Indian

3. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

In today without hard work the finding of any job is very hard.
If you complete your graduation degree then you can apply for
the post of PO exam. the selection is based on the performance
in the entrance exam. So i advise you to do labour hard and
do well in the entrance exam of any Bank. The Vacancy is comes
out in the employment news so read the employment news
regularly.

to get a PO job in bank you must be graduate with 50%marks and have 60%marks in 12.
and you have to clear entrance test for bank.

You can apply for IBPS exam for the post of PO.

PO stands for Probationary Officer.

Eligibility criteria for PO exam :-

1] The candidate must be a citizen of India.

2] The age limit of the candidate must be 21 to 30 years.

>> There is also a relaxation provided to SC/ ST/ OBC category candidate as per government.

3] The candidate must be passed his/ her graduation in any discipline from any recognized university .

4] The candidate who is appearing in final year can also apply for this exam,

Selection procedure for this exam :-


1] Written exam:
