hallo,I am student of electronics and telecommunication.How can I get a good job with bset package after complteing my B.E.

I think for you government job is best.

you should prepare for IES exam but if you are interested in private sector then please read the employment news regularly and search on the net for offline compus selection.

you should also prepare for online campus interview.

After Completing B.tech ..

to get a top package

you should be either a top grade student

or

you should be a highly knowledgebale candidate(I mean you should innovate something new.)

these two cadres will have chance to get a top package..

but hoping a top package right away after b.tech is not that good idea..

you have to gain experience

show your talent to the industry

then expect a good package...

that will be better...

It depends upon your aggregate and talent.For example you must have seen graduates with 85% and no job in hand and graduates with 70% and with good job in hand.So,you need to have both aggregate and talent in hand to secure a good job.

DRDO,BEL,NTPC,ISRO,IOCL,BPCL,HPCL,BHEL,GAIL,SAIL,B SNL(JTO)

Electronics and telecommunication is a evergreen subject hence you have lot of jobs for this sector.You can even try out for private companies like Panasonic,Bharati Airtel and in Frequency Modulation Stations.

All the companies mentioned offer a handy salary.You can get about the notification details in their official websites.For the PSU's the notifications are attached in the Organization's official websites.You can even go through the IES examination conducted by the UPSC board through which you can get placed in various sector's.

you will surely get good job if you have good academic record and confidence.
you can prepare for government sector and also apply in MNCs

Good job dependson two factors:
The college from which you are passing out, if it is an excellent institute, then definiteky you will get nice job.
Even if could not get into some good university, and you become serious after joining company, then there are better chances of promotion.

if you maintain good percentage in th course then you will get placed into the core companies like intel,,c.netetc.......if you have average percentage then you can get software jobs in companies like IBM,,mphasis,,infosys etc...............
