see in order to get into any research institutions, its mandatory that either you clear UGC NET or obtain PhD from any recognised university. these two are the ways by which you can get into any institutes. so try to clear UGC NET. Other than that see to that whether any institutes calls for jrf or project assistant post. u can do jrf in such institutes and try to get into institutes in that way.
