Re: How to get a Job in teaching line?
first, please mention whether you want to join school or a college/university.
if you want to join a school then get a BEd degree and then apply for various teaching posts. and for research and teaching at senior level, you got to appear in NET examination. NET conducts examination both for junior research fellowship and lecturership.....when you will qualify NET's JRF u will get substantial scholarship to cover your living and academic expenses.and a pass in lecturership will bestow you the necessary qualification to appear as a candidate for the post of a lecturer. |

Re: How to get a Job in teaching line?
Quote:
As you are doing M.Sc, to get a good positioned job in the teaching line, after completing your M.Sc degree you should pursue M.Ed degree that is masters of education. Doing M.Ed after completing M.Sc will provide you the path in teaching line for the first grade teacher's post. Eligibility for M.Ed is a masters degree is required in any stream. If you want to get into teaching line early, without wasting this much time. All you can do is you can pursue B.ed that is bachelor of education. It is one year degree. Eligibility of B.Ed is a bachelors degree in any stream. That you have already gained. All you need is to do B.ed and apply for teacher's post in government schools. Note that with B.Ed you will get second grade teacher's post while with masters degree and M.Ed you will get first grade teacher's post with higher salary bands. |

Re: How to get a Job in teaching line?

we appreciate ur interest in the teaching sector!!!! since ur pursuing ur PG, its easy for u to get good job in a teaching line. it depends on which type of teaching u wanna go for.. means the level. 1. for a school level PG teacher or PG assistant pursue B.Ed from a reputed institution, gov or private and apply for teacher job. 2.If u wish to join a gov school, employment exchange and patience after registration is the key. 3.For a collegiate level, all PG schloars are appointed by private colleges, but further specialisation lik M.Phil wil be advantageous for promotion from lect to AP and then Prof. u'l hav to write the recruitment service exam too>> regards... |

So , if you want to get good colleges or schools for teaching then you need to take the B.Ed degree. For the list of B.Ed colleges , follow the link:- http://www.way2college.com/B-EdColleges.php.
