I completed my b.c.a currently i am doing teaching job ..now my interest going in teaching line ..i just want to know that can i di b.ed after b.c.a..is this good or not ??

Dear friend

B.ed is the Bachelor of education that is an undergraduate degree that trains candidates who wish to become teacher in primary and high schools.

The minimum educational qualification required for this degree is that you should have done bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% of marks in it .

Final year candidates of graduation can also apply for the exam.

So after completing your bachelor's degree in computer applications you must be eligible for this course.


It can done in both regular and correspondence mode.

>>For regular mode ,the maximum age limit is 28 years .

>>For correspondence mode there is no upper age limit.

Generally the different universities which offers this course conducts entrance examinations for selection of candidates in which questions are from:

>>General Awareness

>>Quantitative Aptitude

>>Teaching Aptitude

>>English

>>Elementary mathematics

Best universities for this course are as follows:

>>Delhi Universities

>>IGNOU

>>CCS University

>>Sikkim Manipal university.

Yes, you can try for B.Ed after BCA. Graduation is the basic qualification required for B.Ed. the qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 45-50% marks. Admission to the course is done on the basis of graduation level marks. In certain cases, entrance exams are conducted for selection process. UP common entrance test, Delhi University B.Ed entrance exam, etc are examples for such entrance exams.
